Why attend?
The way you breathe is the way you live. And with each person taking over 20,000 breaths each day, that amounts to endless opportunities to make a meaningful impact on your physical, mental, and emotional health simply through the way you inhale and exhale.
But are you breathing well? And where is your tongue resting when you do breathe? Do you even know?
Enter the power of functional breathwork, utilizing the brain-body-breath connections through learning proper oral rest posture, breathing patterns, and mental clarity to help regulate your nervous system and create a foundation of stability from within. Join Perrin White, founder of Breathe Well Be Well as she helps you blend both science and spirit to help you breathe and be well.
