Join Perrin White and Maria Kugler for a Vision Boarding and Breathwork Workshop. Cut out of the confusion and noise to glue together what really matters to you! In this grounding and interactive 90-minute workshop, you will be guided through curated breathing exercises to clear your mind and make space. With supplies provided, plan to leave lit up and inspired with a beautiful vision board that will be a bright light for you throughout the year! Get ready to grab a cup of tea, breathe deeply, and meet a new friend or two!
