Functional Breathwork

The Essence of Health Is a Balanced Breath

Restore nasal breathing, utilize correct oral rest posture and enhance diaphragmatic function to better address all areas involved with healthy breathing patterns. By combining neuroplasticity, anatomy, physiological responses, and mindfulness with the breath, we aim to help enhance the tools within in order to bring balance back to the body and mind.
