Initial Evaluation (Online + In-Person Options)

  • Deep dive into medical history, airway health, dental history, orofacial anatomy, breathing patterns, stress, sleep, and speech-swallowing patterns.
  • Assessment of respiration rate, CO2 tolerance, depth of breath, nasal breathing quality, oral rest patterns, strength of orofacial muscles, and tongue coordination.
  • Determine client goals, plan of care, and best treatment approaches for each individual case, which may include any combination of functional breathwork, meditation, yoga, and myofunctional-speech therapy*.
    *Myofunctional-Speech Therapy only clients are on a case-by-case scenario, depending on their place of residence and local licensure laws. We are currently licensed in South Carolina but work with you to help find local providers licensed in your area while still giving you support in the area of breath, mind, and body along the way.


Treatment Sessions (Online + In-Person Options)

  • Putting Plan of Care into practice with supportive techniques, exercises, and tools in breath, thought, and movement to help meet clients where they are.
  • Every session provides actionable steps to help reach goals and home practice to help carryover skills.
  • Curated combinations of treatment approaches for each client to meet their unique needs.
