Community Class Offering! Join me at Greenville Yoga in blending science and spirit through this mindful practice to enhance your airway and clarity of thought. Functional Breathwork combines nasal breathing, tongue rest posture, and diaphragmatic engagement to help retrain breathing patterns. Meditation will include visualization, self-reflection, and of course, the breath.
No prior experience in breathwork or meditation required.
